Abstract

|
목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 임상실습에서의 간호대학생이 경험하고 인식하는 부당함에 대한 인식을 탐색하여, 임상실습의 질을 향상하고 실습 만족도를 높이는 방안을 강구 하는 데 있다.
방법 : 본 연구는 전라북도에 소재한 2개 대학에 재학 중인 임상실습 경험이 있는 간호대학생 22명을 대상으로 2021년 12월 9일부터 28일까지 진행되었다. 자료수집은 초점 집단면담 방법을 활용하였으며 수집된 자료는 질적 내용분석 방법으로 분석하였다.
결과 : 연구 결과 원자료인 220개의 진술에서 총 4개의 범주가 도출되었으며 그중 112개의 유의미한 진술을 통해 30개의 개념을 구성하였다. 간호대학생이 임상실습을 통해서 인지하고 경험한 부당함은 ‘존중받지 못함’, ‘안전이 보장되지 않음’, ‘시스템 안에서 보호받지 못함’, ‘임상실습 구조적 문제 해결되지 않음’의 4가지 범주로 구성하였다. 각 내용은 간호대학생이 인지하는 '임상실습에서의 부당함'에 대한 내용을 바탕으로 한 진술에서 도출하였다.
결론 : 임상실습의 질적 수준을 유지하고, 간호대학생들의 임상실습 만족도를 향상할 수 있는 임상 환경을 조성하기 위해서는 임상 기관과 교육기관의 지속적인 문제분석과 다각적인 방면에서의 노력이 필요할 것으로 사료 된다.

Purpose: This study explores nursing students’ perception and experience of injustice in clinical practice and to devise ways to improve the quality and increase satisfaction with clinical practice.
Methods: This study was conducted from December 9-28, 2021 among 22 nursing students with clinical practice experience attending two universities in Jeollabuk-do. Focus group interviews were used for collecting data that were analyzed using qualitative content analysis.
Results: A total of four main analysis units were derived from 220 statements comprising, the original data, and 30 concepts were identified through 112 meaningful statements. The injustice that nursing students perceived during clinical practice consisted of four categories: ‘not respected’, ‘not guaranteed safety’, ‘not protected by the system’, ‘not resolved structural problems in clinical practice’. Each category was derived from a statement based on the 'injustice in clinical practice' perceived by nursing students in the course of clinical practice.
Conclusion: To maintain quality in clinical practice and promote nursing students’ satisfaction with clinical practice, continuous problem analysis and multilateral efforts of clinical and educational institutions are considered necessary.
